Is the Platypus Endangered?

Is the Platypus Endangered?

No. They are not endangered. You might think they are, but they aren't. You can look it up with your parent's help.

Why Aren't They Endangered?
Because they can adapt to the environment. Environment means where they live. Adapt means that if there's less or more water they can survive.

They have a "sixth sense". They close their eyes, close their ears, close their nostrils, so the sixth sense is touch. So that's how they find their food which is crayfish.

The dad's have stingers on one of the back legs to protect their baby.
